    Jennifer has reviewed a plethora of most current ‘diets’ and their pros and cons…and in answer to my own question—it is a differnet collection of weight loss diets and tips than is in her other book Big Book of Diets…..worth the 2.99 she asks…will answer your questions and lay to rest myths and save lots of money and time for me in the future—much gratitude again Jennifer…..I’m still on the One Day Diet and loving it….effortlessly shrinking back to my healthiest weight and now knowing that I will NEVER be fat again….with all the wisdom and tips I have learned from her….I clearly understand how I got fat in the first place…even though I was not a big overeater/foodie. Whew…gratitude.

    The book is 186 pages and gives a good summary of 50 frequently used diets. Some of the diets are good, some are bad, and a lot of them are bad but with a good tip or two that you can use.

    If you were confused and thought this may be the same as the Big Book of Diets because they each have 50 diets; they’re not the same. They have different diets.

    If you, like me, have purchased numerous diet books and found that none of them work as promised—BUY THIS NOW! The text covers which of the “popular” diets you should avoid at all costs, which are worth considering, and the best tips from each so you can create your own customized plan or supplement a recommended plan. My only regret is that I didn’t find this 5 diet books ago—I could have saved myself a lot of money, time and self-loathing after another failed diet plan.
