    Anytime I can cheat and lose weight I will do it. I lost 20lbs in one month and did not ever feel hungry.
    Everyone should try this book if you are over weight. You will not regret trying this cheat day and still
    lose weight.

I loved the easy style in which the information was presented – no beatings over the head with 10 syllable, unpronounceable technical terminology. I’ve noticed an increase in energy and lost 5 pounds in the last week without feeling deprived or hungry. I would really recommend this book for anyone who is tired of all those fad diets
