  1. The lipid hypothesis is bunk. Saturated fat is good for you, polyunsaturated fat and transfats are bad (transfats being much worse than PUFAs), most of the diseases of society are caused by an abundance of grain. Ancel Keys (the guy who “proved” that sat fats were bad) cut out almost 20 countries (out of the 27 or so) that went against his idea that saturated fat was bad, cherry picking points to make a shocking, but completely faulty, conclusion. In short, grandma was right, lard is better.

  6. as a rule of thumb ppl we go back to basics..food that comes from plants. foods that been around hundreds and thousands of years. Also when you eat good healthy foods your body lets you know it by making you feel satisfied, full, energetic, full of life,happy and a good sence of well bein. so listen to your body it is always communicating with you. if u eat just one junk meal thats really JUNK you will feel it shortly after..bloated, upset, miserable, basically feel like crap. listen to ur body.

  22. what about organic black beans? Don’t they lower cholesterol to? I donate blood and they do cholesterol tests. Mine was average, but could be lowered. I was donating and I farted real loud. The nurse came by and removed the needle. She told me I had to leave and not come back for 1 week
