Ok so im 19 (male) and just from eating right i have gone from 212 down to 165, this is all just from diet no exercise. But i want to loos more and i know that the MEGA T GREEN TEA shit works good but i was just wondering if before i buy it if there are any other weigut loss green tea suppliments out there that might work better? So my question is, “is MEGA T GREEN TEA good? Or are there better green tea weight loss supplements.
I just want a straight answer, especially from some people that have tried these producs and have experienced them first hand.

I am not sure how effective those are
My friend has been using this cool program and she has been getting good results!

  1. The Mega ones might make you feel jumpy, anxious. Apart from green tea a9caffeine), they contain guarana (boosts energy levels.caffeine like). Garcinia Cambogia (“Possibly Ineffective for… Weight loss.”)
    Re weight loss pills…
    Some are safe, all are expensive. and none of them do what the ads say they will.
    Advertisements are unregulated, they say ‘together with diet and exercise’ and ‘results may vary”
    You do the work, they pocket your money.
    They tend to depend on caffeine (makes you feel alert) and diuretics (make you pee).

    Anyone can buy green tea (used for caffeine content) in the supermarket, drink it iced with lemon – same effect.
    Diuretic herbs like parsley and horseradish can provide numerous health benefits, too
    Oats, cranberries, and tomatoes, celery, watercress, cucumber, act as diuretic foods while also providing other healthy compounds the body needs.

    You have done well, don’t jeopardise your health. You don’t have to exercise formally to lose weight…
