  1. Actually, smoothies are not as healthy as you think. Here’s the problem:
    Too much sugar (sweetened fruit juice, sugary frozen yogurt, dollops of
    honey, all those bananas) and too much fat (that frozen yogurt again). And
    if you cut out the dairy to save calories, you’re cheating yourself out of
    the protein fix that will keep you satisfied until it’s time for your next
    meal.

  2. may I suggest you use plain yogurt, or make your own healthier yogurt.
    don’t use packaged orange juice (too much sugar added). Nice video.

    lower in sugar content, like berries. Skip the fruit juice and Yoplait

    juice and sliced cucumber. Damn it was good! Awesome video, and thanks for
    your inspiration! I replaced breakfast and dinner with smoothies :)
