    It’s a good thing this was free.

    Contains a short anecdote about how she lost weight juicing, then you get 14 recipes that basically consist of stuff like: 2 apples, 2 celery stalks, handful of spinach – stick in juicer, then drink. Um, no duh.

    Waste of time for both the reader and the author to put something like this together. It’s obvious she put up this short “weight loss” “book” in hopes of selling her other one.

    Instead of trying to sell books like these, the author should maybe try a blog instead. The type of information she gives can easily be found for free all over the internet already. And as another reviewer pointed out in a review of her other book, most of her “recipes” are filled with fruit: when she specifically says to keep your juice to a ratio of 3:1 with vegetables being the 3 in that equation.

    So, the positive reviews for her books make zero sense. You’ll find better and way MORE advice about juicing by just googling. Don’t pay for her other book or even waste the 10 minutes it takes to read this free one; go search the internet instead.

    from 170 lb to 280 lb in 2 years, yes that’s me 30 years old young man, i tried many ways to lose the extra pounds and it cost me time and money but i could not keep my weight under control,now am so excited and positive about juicing method, and this book explained how to do it and what benefits we can get from it,plus i think all fruits and veg are available to every one ,am thinking next week is the start point for me ,and i know my family and friends would be happy to know there is away to lose weight like juicing.

    If you are struggling with your weight as I currently am and looking for ways to improve your current eating habits this is a great book to read. It is inspiring to me because the author was at one point obese, which is the category that I currently fall under. She used juicing to lose weight but was honest that she did not use juicing alone. It was also inspiring because she isn’t a 120 lb woman explain how she lost 5 lbs (not that there is anything wrong with that, it just doesn’t inspire me much) She takes the time to explain what juicing is and what it means in dieting terms. She explains different juicers that can be used and what their functions are. I love that she takes the time to explain exactly how the body uses and benefits from juicing without getting technical. It makes it more motivational to use the juicing method. For those who are new to fruits and veggies because they prefer not to eat them she list what to try to buy organically due to pesticides and what is okay to buy without going organic. I think I may try to incorporate juicing into my daily diet at least once a day (once I am able to buy a juicer) so that I can get more veggies into my diet as my family only eats green beans and corn :/ maybe I can trick them into getting other veggies as well! The best part of the book are the recipes that are included for beginners like myself!
