    This is a fairly well written book with lots of information about clean eating which adds nothing new to the
    usual books about clean eating. Fresh fruits and vegetables and lean meats are the staple foods in this
    kind of diet. The book discusses the benefits of clean eating and making it a lifestyle change because going
    back to eating the way you were before will just put the weight back on.

    There is a meal plan for the diet and recipes for all types of foods. The recipes appear good and the instructions
    are easy enough for most people to understand.

    The discussion of using quinoa is good. The author explains what it is, the benefits and offers tips and
    recipes as well as a meal plan. The recipes are well done and appear to be good. The instructions look easy
    enough to follow.

    There are a few grammar/word usage problems, but not enough to take away from the content.

    I am completely into weight loss thing right now, during and after pregnancy I gained more than 50 lb of weight. I got introduced to Quinoa by a friend recently as a substitute of whole grains and I saw some difference in my weight (nothing drastic though) . But only way I knew to eat quinoa was eating boiled quinoa with salad , until now. This book has great and many quinoa recipes. I am planning to make Quinoa bars, seems like a great on-the-go snack. One thing I missed in this book was food pictures, For me it is really encourage to see healthy & good looking food pictures.

    This book was a very interesting read for me. I have always been interested in weight loss however I am not going to go on one of those diets and hope to lose a little weight. This book was perfect! It explained a lot of things and in ways that I could actually follow and understand. I loved how it gave some great substitute ideas and truly explained everything. It had some great recipes with ingredients that I actually know and could find in the local grocery store if needed. Great read! I did receive this book at a discounted rate to try out for the seller!
