There is a meal plan for the diet and recipes for all types of foods. The recipes appear good and the instructionsare easy enough for most people to understand.
The discussion of using quinoa is good. The author explains what it is, the benefits and offers tips andrecipes as well as a meal plan. The recipes are well done and appear to be good. The instructions look easyenough to follow.
There are a few grammar/word usage problems, but not enough to take away from the content.
