    What a great book! In How to Choose the Best Diet for you, author Samantha Wells covers the best known life-style diets, what their goal and target is and the differences between each on. What I found most interesting is that these “diets” are really a guide towards healthy eating habits, how to monitor the results, and tips on how to live the diet of your choice, for example spreading out your daily allowances for types of food throughout your meals for the day as the the body uses different foods from all the different groups at the same time in order to be able to digest and draw the proper nutrients from each food type.

    There appear to be minimal differences between the diets, yet, it is exactly these minimal differences that give different results, depending on your goals and objectives.

    Easy to read, the book is absent of any hyperbole, just gives the facts. You gotta like that. Definitely a must read for anyone who is interested in modifying their eating habits for a healthier body and lifestyle.
