    I eat and even then, why it’s so rare that I’m not ill afterwards.

  2. Great speech! I just like to point out that Celiac Disease is not a food
    allergy. It is a serious autoimmune condition as I see you certainly know.
    However, the notes for this video mentions “allergy” twice.
