  1. I am starting this diet tomorrow and going to be making the soup tonight
    but I can’t find the Lipton mix anywhere, I’m in Canada. I did find one but
    it looked like it had noodles in it, your soup looks like you actually use
    the one that had tiny noodles… I’m so confused, I just don’t want to
    screw up the diet!!

  6. Oh hai! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive
    heard some incredible things about it and my sister lost a lot of weight
    with it.

  7. @ctrygirl555 i used oil only twice..to soften my vegetables which was 2
    tablespoons…and only used enough to rub the potato..lol im sure its not a
    crime lol

  10. Looks like a GOOD recipe. And, thanks for sharing that video with us. But,
    if you want to have good heart health, you will want to steer clear of all
    that sodium that you put in your soup. Man, that is a LOT of sodium that
    you put in there. The soup mix, the sauce, the beef broth, the wisticher
    (or however you spell that) sauce, etc., WOW!!! That seems like a heart
    attack waiting to happen. The soup sounds good. And, I’m not trying to be
    mean here. Just saying that if you want to have good heart health, then you
    should probably stay away from some of that salt (which will lead to BAD
    heart health and high blood pressure, etc., ). God Bless!!! (=

  11. try to stay away from canned stuff use fresh or frozen canned have a lot of
    salt and that’s bad some things even have sat fat added

    works. I am tooo afraid of getting on the scales.

  18. I did try the diet again but didn’t get past day 4. I realize I didn’t
    prepare well enough because I was starving by the time I got home from work.
