    I’ve been trying to lose weight for months now on a slow carb diet but the part that I ALWAYS fail on is the meals. After two or three days I run out of meals, and can’t be bothered spending hours preparing dinner each night.

    This book is so much better than I thought it would be! Not only do all the meals take less than 30 minutes to make – but this book is filled with a whole month’s worth of recipes! I don’t even have to worry about what to cook tomorrow anymore!

    I’ve been eating meals out of this book for about a week now, and I’ve dropped 7 lbs and feel so much healthier and less bloated. I can’t wait to finish the rest of the month off and keep this going!
