I was having excruciating Charlie horses/cramps in my legs, feet, and hands, sometimes several times per hour. Since adding this daily supplement, I rarely have any such impairment at all.

I have had an irregular heartbeat all my life. Potassium helps to regulate heart rate. I have been taking these for a few weeks and my heartbeat is REGULAR now.
This capsules are low potency (2% DV) but are small, and so it’s easy to swallow 2 at a time. I take 30 capsules daily (10 with each meal).
I wish Solaray would increase the potency. They could easily double or triple the amount of potassium per capsule without making them too large to swallow.

I take Potassium when I eat salty foods and/or when my meal doesn’t have raw fruit and vegetables in it. Most women and some men struggle from that nasty cellulite that appears on some parts of the body and from much research, internally, potassium is what we are lacking. Processed foods do not hold much, if any, potassium. But it does carry a lot of sodium. To keep your body balanced between the two, as it should be, you need three times as much potassium as you do sodium. Without this balance, cellulite develops. If I don’t have access to fresh fruit and vegetables to balance the two, I take my potassium and Solaray’s potassium seems to agree with my delivery system. I could really see a difference when I switched to this brand over the many other brands I have used.
