THis is the perfect snack for adults on the go. Filling and nutritious, its better (and less expensive) than any junk “food” you care to mention. It can be kept in the side pouch of a backback, or in the upper pockets of a briefcase.

Oh, and if you’re too “mature” to be seen in public sucking on a packet of “baby food”, you need to first work out your personal inadequacy issues with a competent therapist. Then you can celebrate your cure by digging in to a delicious meal of garden vegetables with turkey. The beef stew is also very good.

Very little nutrition, lots of sugar., February 11, 2014

For the volume, this pouch has 1/2 – 1/3 the calories of other sweet Sprout pouches. It has no fat, only 1 g of fiber, mediocre protein, and a whopping 13g sugar. So basically this is a stage 1 fruit puree. I don’t understand why they can call it a toddler puree, because it doesn’t meet any of a toddler’s nutritional needs. Very little vitamins too. However, it tastes great. Might be good as a dessert.

This variety is disgusting!, January 31, 2015

I ordered a 5-pack of these for my daughter. It was hard to squeeze the pouch, so I squirted it into a bowl so that I could feed her with a spoon. What came out was a mix of watery, clear liquid and gloppy, hard clumps of solid food. It looked curdled or spoiled. I checked the expiration date, but it was fine. Amazon was great and gave me a refund, but I will never order this variety of food again. It’s a shame, as Sprout’s pouches are normally fantastic.
