Recognizing that it can be tough for moms to come up with fresh new ideas for their child?s school lunches, Coupons.com is proud to announce the release of a new infographic entitled, ?One Month of School Lunch Ideas Your Kids Will Love? ? a free resource including shopping lists and printable menus to help moms (and their kids) pack tasty lunches each day.
When making lunches day after day, it can be easy to fall into the rut of monotony. Therefore, Coupons.com created an infographic with accompanying free printable resources designed to get moms out of the typical PB&J routine. This helpful tool is the key to a month?s worth of easy school lunches, with a circulating variety of healthy lunches that kids will love and moms will appreciate.
?Coupons.com is continuing its series of infographics focused on making mom?s life easier with simple, yet effective, DIY ideas,? says Coupons.com household savings expert, Jeanette Pavini. ?This month, Coupons.com is covering back to school lunches. Using recipes from KitchMe.com, the infographic is helping to simplify the process with an easy-to-follow lunch meal planner that includes only two shopping lists for a month?s worth of lunches, along with helpful tips and tricks.?
Known for helping families to save more money by providing printable coupons and coupon codes, Coupons.com is proud to have launched this new graphic that, once again, aims to make the job of running a family a little bit easier, one lunch at a time.

Get In Shape For Women, the national fitness studio franchise that offers small-group personal training for women in a private, upscale environment, is launching a Community Outreach Program to educate and inspire local organizations and charities of Palm Beach County. The program endeavors to promote a better understanding between body health, nutrition and physical fitness.
The initiative will include partnering with local business and community-based organizations to:
Provide free educational seminars focused on clarifying misconceptions regarding diet and exercise, while outlining the importance of sufficient nutritional intake along with an effective fat to lean muscle ratio.
Create a Community Outreach Advisory Board comprised of health and fitness professionals in addition to select members of Get In Shape For Women who have accomplished outstanding results in body/health transformation.
Conduct a monthly support group for individuals seeking additional guidance and inspiration from others who are on or have successfully journeyed on the path to body/health transformation.
Participate as an exhibitor in various civic events to spread enthusiasm and educational material for individuals seeking improved nutrition and physical fitness.
?As an organization dedicated to transforming the lives of women through hands-on support and guided instruction, Get In Shape For Women is perfectly poised to make a positive impact on the residents of Palm Beach County.? said Jennifer Ouvrard, Director of Community Outreach for Get In Shape For Women. ?Our seminars are not only educational and interactive they are motivational as well. After 30 minutes listening to our experts, participants will be energized to take the stairs instead of the elevator, and to eat healthy snacks throughout the day instead of starving themselves.?
?We could not be more excited about our Community Outreach Program,? says Bobby Tinsley, Co-Owner of Get In Shape For Women in Palm Beach Gardens and Boca Raton, Florida. ?The core belief of Get In Shape For Women is that sustainable transformation starts with understanding. Educating people about properly fueling their bodies and strengthening muscles helps to ?demystify? the allure of quick weight loss diets. This invaluable information can prevent greater health challenges and circumvent the potential for depression.?
