Very interesting and informative love it. Unfortunately I don’t like being made to add more words when they aren’t needed

This is a well-written, interesting book giving a ton of information about apple cider vinegar. Emphasis is on the history and uses of Apple Cider Vinegar. The book starts by giving the reader some background. Turns out the Babylonians used date palm in 5000 B.C. to brew wine and make vinegar. But it wasn’t until 2500 B.C. that the “Aryan” nomads invented sour apple wine.

Next up is a discussion of how apple-cider vinegar is made. We learn how to make cider and vinegar, with detailed steps. There are also different ways to flavor the vinegar.

There are lots of different uses for apple cider vinegar. One important use is as a skin toner. You can easily make your own, and the author explains just how to do it. You can also make a fast mask, or even clean your hair with the vinegar. Studies show that drinking apple cider vinegar can also reduce the “bad” cholesterol levels. Good point near the end of the book, clarifying that consuming apple cider vinegar is not really a scientific, proven treatment, but some studies show correlation with health benefits.

Minor nit: some formatting/spacing issues in this Kindle edition.

√ Fun book – very interesting account. Well-written, with good explanation of how to make your own product. Recommend!

I didn’t realize how truly beneficial apple cider vinegar is…, March 15, 2013

I’m blown away by the extensive list of apple cider vinegar benefits detailed in this book.

A friend of mine told me he had started drinking apple cider vinegar before meals to help him curb
his appetite and lose some unwanted weight, based on a recommendation made by his 86-year old grandmother.

Amazingly, he was able to shed over 25 pounds in about only 2 months, and he gives full credit to apple
cider vinegar as being the primary factor that contributed to his rapid weight loss.

Quite naturally, I was happy for him and wanted to learn more about the benefits of apple cider vinegar
for myself. I’m so glad that I bought this book because not only does it talk in depth about the weight control
benefits of apple cider vinegar usage, but it also details over a dozen additional benefits of ACV as well….

This is a very good book, that is jam-packed with solid, useful information about ACV….

I don’t like to take medicine when something natural will work.
So when I read Alice Michaels, Apple Cider Benefits book I got excited.
You can tell she practices what she writes about.

There are recipes using ACV for everything from a salad dressing to tag wart
removal(yeah that’s what I said) and every thing in between.
I use it for various things including a sore throat. Gargling with raw unfiltered
Braggs vinegar mixed with water soothes a sore throat immediately. I used to have acid reflux
and would wake up with a horrible burning in my throat. I mixed 1 tsp. acv with 4 oz. water
and drank it and no more burning. Try to find anything else that will do that.

I know some people dismiss natural solutions like this but,
as inexpensive as cider vinegar is and as many examples
of people being helped for years as there are….what do you have to lose?

Apple Cider Vinegar Benefits is one of those little resource books
that you will find yourself referring to again and again.

Mix 1 tsp of ACV with 8oz water and your eyes won’t see the spelling/grammar mishaps, lol!, November 12, 2013

As many others have done, I downloaded this book as part of a free offering they had going about a week or two ago. First, I’d like to give kudo’s to the author for pulling all this information together. I like when things of this nature are organized to where I can find what I’m looking for without having to spend time searching folders or apps somewhere on my iPad. So thank you for that.

I too am amazed at the different uses Apple Cider Vinegar can be used for. Weight loss? Panic attacks? Restoring shine to hair? I want to know where I was when that memo got sent out, because I didn’t get it. So each night I’ve been reading a few here and there, making a mental shopping list of, of course, Apple Cider Vinegar, honey, purified water, and an onion I can juice at home, because so far most of the remedies are just that, apple cider vinegar, honey, and water. To be completely honest, as interested as I am in some of these remedies, the grammar and spelling mistakes are distracting. It’s been a pet peeve of mine ever since technology came out with a little application that most word processors include. It’s called SPELL CHECK/GRAMMAR CHECK. I just don’t understand people when they invest themselves into a project, like this one for example, and don’t bother to spell check it, or grammar check, heck, just ask someone to proofread it. You just spent time creating this book, and then it seems like you got so close to the finish line that you somehow lost sight of how others would read it. And thats a big disappointment. It basically states to me that you just didn’t care how well read it would be, or how many misspelled words there were, or even how some words were added that had no business being there and opposite that, whole words were omitted.

It makes for a difficult read because it’s so distracting. Please don’t take this wrong, I am in no way trying to minimize her work. I completely enjoyed reading all the ailments and afflictions that apple cider vinegar helps, I even plan on using a number of them myself.

So, as a recap, do I think you should buy this book? Absolutely, without a doubt! Do I think you’ll need to practice some patients while reading through it? Most definitely. But I do know this…there is something in this book for everyone!
