  2. Hello, have you considered “Belly Fat TorchMax” (just search on Google for it …)? There you will find a useful free video. This helped Mark to lose his tummy fat. It might help you out as well.

  4. Hi Cassie! My issue is with veggies. I’m a huge picky eater and try to like new/healthy things but I just can’t when it comes to veggies. I stay pretty active (I’m a swim instructor and I always swim before/after work). Do you have any suggestions of things I could put in the place of the veggies? I’ve been following your 90 day challenge but there are several foods I dislike and have no idea what to eat in its place.

  5. You should do a video of your grocery shopping. I get so bombarded when I walk into our store. I’m not sure what to buy.

  6. Hello there, have you tried “Belly Fat TorchMax” (just search on Google for it …)? On their website you can watch a useful free video. It made it easier for Michelle to lose her stomach fat. I hope it works for you too.

  7. 500 is definitely not enough.. Your body needs nutrients to function well and you’re still growing so don’t starve yourself cos its going to affect you long-term. Just eat healthily, cut out all junk food, get a range of carbs and proteins and fats, keep working out but most importantly treat your body well!! Btw your brain needs glucose to function too.

  8. Well I use to eat junk food a lot, so a lot of hot cheetos and soda.
    but now I’ve replace my little snack food from cheeots to banana chips or vegi chips or nuts c: and my drink is water or tea now.

  9. It’s called starving yourself. You are in developmetal age, dont be afraid to eat more! Just healthy ofc! Enjoy eating 🙂 Your not gonna gain weight, actually your body will take that fat and become into breasts and hips 🙂 I’m sure!

  10. I’ve been following you for over 4 months now and have lost almost 30 pounds with following your exercises and cleaning up my diet. However I’ve hit a bit of a plateau recently. The pounds either stopped coming off or are slowly coming off. So I purchased Tosca’s book and received it yesterday and am already half way done with it! It just makes so much sense! With your workouts and Tosca’s diet I feel confident that I can get rid of the last 10-15 pounds no problem. Thanks Cassie!

  11. I don’t eat enough calories, probably 500 cals a day, and I spend those calories on carrots and tomatoes and healthy foods but I am still really tired all the time. Through workouts and school (I’m 12 years old) I fall half asleep but I can’t bring myself to eat more. I’m scared if I do, I’ll gain weight.

  14. My problem is having a lot of whole grains in my meals, eating different cheeses, and also having 3 bannana’s a day. How can I ruduce those intakes. I don’t eat a lot of food though and I exercise a lot through out the day.
