    This is a useful upbeat book with 21 simple steps to weight loss. The sections I liked the most were on miracle weight loss foods and portion control. It covers all the basics and there’s even a section about coconut oil cures and why everyone should stay clear of diet pills and gimmicks. I would positively recommend this book to people, like myself, who need help to jump-start their weight loss programs. Azzaro emphasizes good health, which makes a lot of common sense.

    If you are looking for tips to help inspire your weight loss journey, then I think this book will lead you in the right direction. I loved that the book addresses the fact the our bodies are all different, and that comparing ourselves to others or being hard on ourselves is not going to help us accomplish our weight loss goals. Overall, I think this book provides a good foundation to get you started on your weight loss journey.

And yes – the 21 tips are so important to *YOU* that I would call them 21 principles to follow for anybody who is on the way of self-healing process. Our health is personal responsibility and the author gives us short, but well explained tools. No more excuses! Thanks!
