    Well thank goodness I love fruits and veggies! I can see why one would lose 20 pounds on this diet. It’s all wholesome good food and in a specific order to help you burn the maximum amount of calories. If you have a special event coming up or want to detox and jumpstart your weight loss then this plan might be a good for you.
