I sent a relative this card as a gift, they live on the west coast and I live on the east coast, needless to say, they printed out the card, proceeded to the Whole Foods in Manhattan Beach, California and was told it was already used! That’s not possible since he was the only one to receive this email gift and the store didn’t want to be of any help but upon research, decided it was used in a store possibly in New England though they claimed the store wasn’t in their date base. The manager didn’t want to assist at all, and was suppose to call my relative back to see what they could find out. That was over a week ago, no one has called him back so it seems we were duped out of $100 gift. It was a truly embarrassing and humiliating experience for my relative and to add to it, I don’t live in New England and i don’t know anyone who does so it may have been a hack in which case Whole Foods apparently won’t assist you. What horrendous customer service!

What a great way to buy someone you love groceries when you know money is tight. I was able to send the gift card electronically to her phone – easy!!!
